Grammys 2019: Οι εκπλήξεις και οι μεγάλοι νικητές της βραδιάς
Ο λόγος για την 61 τελετή απονομής των βραβείων Grammy που πραγματοποιήθηκε το βράδυ της Κυριακής 10 Φεβρουαρίου στο Staples Center του Λος Άντζελες.
Οικοδέσποινα της μεγάλης βραδιάς ήταν η Alicia Keys. H φετινή τελετή, μάλιστα είχε περισσότερες γυναικείες παρουσίες από κάθε άλλη χρονιά, με την Lady Gaga να ανοίγει τη βραδιά με μια ομιλία. Το παρών τους έδωσαν και άλλες ισχυρές παρουσίες όπως η Michelle Obama, η Jennifer Lopez οι οποίες μίλησαν όλες μαζί για τη δύναμη τους στη μουσική.
Η ερμηνεύτρια της country, Kacey Musgraves κέρδισε το βραβείο για το Άλμπουμ της Χρονιάς με το «Golden Hour» και ακόμα τρία βραβεία.
Η Lady Gaga η οποία προτίμησε τα παρευρεθεί στα Grammy και όχι στα BAFTA τα οποία έγιναν το ίδιο βράδυ στο Λονδίνο, κέρδισε 3 βραβεία (μεταξύ αυτών το Καλύτερο pop Ντουέτο με τον Cooper για το «Shallow» και την καλύτερη pop ερμηνεία με το «Joanne») και ξεσήκωσε το κοινό του με τη live ερμηνεία της.
Δίσκος της Χρονιάς και Τραγούδι της Χρονιάς το «This is America» του Clildish Gambino και Καλύτερος Νέος Καλλιτέχνης η Dua Lipa.
Καλύτερο Ραπ Τραγούδι το «God's Plan» του Drake και Καλύτερο Άλμπουμ το «Invasion of Privacy» της Cardi B.
Live στην τελετή εμφανίστηκαν οι: Maren Morris, Miley Cyrus, Red Hot Chili Peppers, H.E.R., Camila Cabello, Post Malone και Cardi B.
Στα highlight της βραδιάς ήταν και η live εμφάνιση της Jennifer Lopez, της Diana Ross αλλά και η βράβευση του αδικοχαμένου Chris Cornell για την Καλύτερη Ροκ Ερμηνεία στο «When Bad Does Good». Από την τελετή έλαμψαν δια της απουσίας τους η Taylor Swift και η Ariana Grande η οποία πήρε Grammy για Καλύτερο pop Άλμπουμ.
