Over a decade ago, I had a stationery line that we manufactured, packaged, and sold both to wholesale and retail. While I found some success getting into my dream stores and being featured in my favorite magazines, I was exhausted by the production and sales process, missing the variety of products I truly wanted to create, and $30K deep in credit card debt from manufacturing. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ That’s when I knew a change was needed, and I dove head first into the world of licensing. Rather than spend money I didn’t have to manufacturer all kinds of things, I began to partner with brands who were already making amazing products I loved. By partnering together Oh Joy! designs and their products, we made a magical combination. And, my creativity was flourishing again because I could focus on my favorite parts of creating products.
